Tried to set up auto-pay for monthly association payments by mailing in the form that was sent. I checked my bank account on the 1st of the month and nothing was debited. I checked my bank account on the 5th of the month and nothing was debited. I attempted making contact with this office 3 times over the next week and did not have a return call. I was finally able to make contact with the accountant, Cathy who acted oblivious to any contact attempts. I was told that I would now need to pay a late fee to make my monthly association payment. THIS APPEARS TO BE A SCAM OR SOMEONE WHO IS LAZY AND CAN'T DO HER JOB BUT WANTS TO PLACE THE BLAME ON THE RESIDENTS WHO ARE TRYING TO PAY. BASED ON OTHER REVIEWS HERE I SINCERELY WISH I WOULD HAVE LOOKED AT THESE REVIEWS BEFORE DECIDING TO PURCHASE A UNIT. I AM EXPERIENCING ANXIETY ABOUT MY PURCHASE AND AM HOPEFUL THAT THIS IS NOT GOING TO BE AN OVERALL EXPERIENCE FOR THE LIFE OF MY CONDO OWNERSHIP.
