Was so pleased with everything. My dog Jasper had the best day of his life here! We have only done one day so far but plan to attend many more times. I would absolutely recommend them. The staff is very responsive to emails and calls as well as sending a report card at the end of the day! Also major kudos to the girls who freeze their butts off outside for the play time. They don't just hide inside where it is warm. They play outside with your dog for hours in the freezing cold. Good job girls. It was something that stood out to me!

Update: I have to lower my rating of this place. Nobody ever picks up the phone! Across 5 days I have sat on hold for 40 min. Only one of those days did I get through and that was after 20 min on hold. I just wanted to schedule services each time but I am never able to do so. Sad to see this. I have to take my dog and money somewhere else because they don’t care enough to answer their phone.
