Their products may be good, but be wary that what the managers or owners of this place say to you probably won't be true. I've been inquiring for a position at this place for over two and a half years now, constantly submitting applications and resumes, and the managers have kept telling me that they would contact me if they had a position available.
Then I found out they actually did have a position available, and they lied to me about calling me the entire time, because they never did. They still never bothered giving me a chance, and after the position was filled up, which was actually one of their own workers already, the managers told me the same thing they've been telling me ever since I started applying to this place, that once another position came up, I'd be the first person they'd call, but I certainly didn't believe them that time. I still don't believe them, because if they lied to me about contacting me the whole time, they lied about me being the first they call again!
Sad thing is I kinda knew they were lying to me from the very beginning, and now they have lost my trust. I'm a pastry chef who graduated in the field of pastry arts, and if I wasn't interested in seeking a position at this place, I wouldn't have any reason to submit applications in the first place.
These managers may be nice people with good products, but they're just not trustworthy. I would've respected these guys more if they were honest with me in the first place. I've got a lot of respect in the food industry, but I'm tired of being shunned, and lied to.
Be careful what they tell you, for it may not be at all true. I find their integrity to be entirely in doubt, and it's their own fault I don't believe them now. They shouldn't have lied to me at all in the past.
