My Yamaha Waverunner isn't wanting to go over 5 mph, so I brought it here to be repaired. I was told 5-7 days for them to repair it. Well, it has been over 2 YEARS and they still cannot figure out the problem. They have had a few mechanics work on it. I'm now going on my 3rd season of not being able to use it/sell it - very frustrating! They avoid me and won't return my calls - I have to go there to speak to a mechanic. I think it has been a while since they have even attempted to work on it and now just leave it sitting in their back lot. I guess shame on me for not taking it from them to bring it somewhere capable of fixing it, but I plan to do that this season.

Worst place ever. Dumped their trash for a year the job i had . My dad bought his 07 vstar from them put lot of money into it. He died and i have to sell his bike it stoped running they offered me 1,000. For a bike worth 3299. I came home put plugs in it runs great. Big rip off you bums tried to do. I'm never coming here again. I'm buying my atvs else where when i do im coming to your store to show u that u tryed to rip me off. I thought you were honorable people. No your not . Your in my life time hall of shame. Take your business elsewhere. Your better off. As my fellow Americans. I have love for you.
